Regional variation of coda Q in Northwest Caucasus

Coda Q has been studied in the Northwest Caucasus region using 267 earthquakes and 17 stations from network of Geophysical Survey, Russian Academy Sciences. This is first Qc study for such a large dataset. The average frequency-dependent coda relationship $$Q_c\;=\;90\;\pm\;21\cdot f^{1.02\pm0.11}$$ . value compares closely to other similar tectonic areas world where same processing parameter had used. Three specific zones, two Greater area one east Ciscaucasian trough area, were separately. There was clear difference between particularly which shows higher than 2 zones. However, zones became smaller when long lapse times tending give constant as function time. For longer time, it assumed that part waves passes mantle. now while East zone still gave highest values.
